they are friendly and helpful. the riad itself feels like a serene haven after navigating the lively streets (a welcome contrast!). the rooftop offered a quiet spot for sunbathing. breakfast by the poolside was plentiful and delicious. i especially enjoyed the fresh fruit.

the tv in my room did not work perfectly. (it was a minor inconvenience).

the room included an enormous bathtub i enjoyed. the design of the room was elegant. it also included quality amenities. the room reflected the images online.

breakfast was great, it combined local and western options. i tried the beef tagine for lunch. it was the best i ate during my entire trip. the staff provided attentive service with every meal.

The breakfast offered a good variety of options. The times served were convenient to my schedule. Upon check-in, the concierge provided a map. The map highlighted key destinations within the area, I found this thoughtful.

The hotel felt overpriced for what it offered. The facilities were the same as a standard room, but the suite cost more. There were no tea or coffee facilities in the room.. Only one bottle of water was provided for the entire stay.
